Erfan Daliri - Co-Director
Erfan is an author, motivational speaker, spoken word artist and the director of the Townsville Cultural Festival (2012-2016). With a Graduate Diploma in Communication for Social Change and a background in Engineering, Erfan also has over a decade of experience in event management, youth work, Indigenous community support, and cross-cultural communication training.
Tahnee Bainbridge - Operations Manager
Tahnee has been Operations Manager for Townsville Cultural Festival (2015-present). With a Bachelor of Management in Events and Leisure, and roles in multiple festivals across the world, Tahnee’s previous employers include Entertainment Marketing Group and the University of Technology Sydney. She now runs the operations at UpUpTrampoline HQ in Melbourne.
Vahid Roser - Site Management
Vahid Roser is the founder and event director for Bulga Beats festival (2015-Present), a not-for-profit community event that he created in order to raise awareness of the impacts of mining on the Hunter Valley Region in NSW, as well as a means of fostering community spirit in the Bulga area. Vahid heads the on-site management of all UpUpTrampoline festivals.
Bravo Child - Co-Director
Bravo is an internationally toured multi-disciplinary artist, creative director and a creator of social experiment. Running the Cognitonaut School of Unlearning to practice free-form art in everyday living and providing creative consulting for clients such as Infinity Squared, ARUP, Allens Lollies, Commonwealth Bank and Cars.com. With 15 years experience in creative mentorship and event management, his wealth of knowledge drives the creative engine of UpUpTrampoline.
Joya Mion - Production Manager
Jo spent parts of her life as a circus trainer for youth at risk, a performer in a multitude of circuses including cirque du soleil, a sound editor in the film and tv industry and interestingly as a cat trainer for a large clowder of cats, and now a passionate Shiatsu practitioner. Jo leads the event production team for Newkind Festival.
Anna Kastrissios - Brand Experience Manager
Anna is a seasoned festival and event management professional and has worked on some of the countries most prestigious events. Her brilliant visions for aesthetics and design have been honed over 15 years and her passion for the interplay of light and darkness has led her to explore the boundaries of how we approach, exist in, and change through our relationship with unusual and visually beautiful environments. Anna can transform a place of least potential into art.
